Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead FiberX infrastructure and digital initiatives from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate engineering, operations, vendor, and business stakeholders.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare status reports and communicate updates to leadership.
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and procurement activities where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in telecom, IT, or infrastructure.
- Proven track record delivering multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Budget forecasting, resource planning, and risk management skills.
- Ability to read technical documentation and coordinate with engineering teams.
Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Other Skills:
- Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
