Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to help FiberX modernize operations, customer journeys, and internal systems. You will assess current processes, recommend technology solutions, and support the adoption of digital tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess business processes and identify opportunities for digital improvement.
- Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with FiberX strategic goals.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units on solution design.
- Support the rollout of new platforms, automation, and self-service tools.
- Monitor adoption metrics and drive change management initiatives.
- Document requirements, workflows, and training materials for new systems.
- Stay current on industry trends in telecom digitalization and customer experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or IT consulting.
- Experience working on technology adoption projects within telecom or service industries.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, CRM, and workflow automation tools.
- Ability to map processes, gather requirements, and produce clear documentation.
- Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and API-driven integrations is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certifications in business analysis, agile, or digital transformation are preferred.
Other Skills:
- Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for cross-functional workshops.
- Adaptable mindset with the ability to drive change in dynamic environments.
